This was an attempt to create a rigorous and detailed reconstruction of one of the most popular Cambrian animals, Opabinia regalis of the Burgess Shale. In my research, I found a more accurate eye organization.
The frontal pair of eyes are set on short, highly maneuverable stalks. The posterior eye pair are set on longer stalks, but exhibit less maneuverability, usually pointing back or to the sides. The fifth, dorsal eye was the largest, and was set on a short stalk, always pointing up with caution.
